Youth Martial Arts
& Discipline
Technical training that builds real capability — not just coordination. The next step beyond rec sports.
Real Skills, Real Standards
The Youth program is for teens ready to move past introductory martial arts. We train the same technical curriculum as the adult classes — at age-appropriate intensity, with the same expectation of focus, ownership, and growth.
This is not a place to coast. It is also not a place to be torn down. It is a place where teens learn what they are actually capable of — physically and mentally.
Technical Capability
We move beyond basic coordination. Students learn the biomechanics of Chito-Ryu and BJJ, building a genuine physical foundation.
Accountability
In the dojo, there are no shortcuts. Students earn progress through mastery, fostering ownership over their personal growth.
Conflict De-Escalation
True confidence removes the need for aggression. We teach the mental clarity to navigate pressure — and the self-control to de-escalate before force is needed.
The Ground Game & The Stand-Up
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches youth to stay calm under pressure. Leverage over strength, patience over aggression — lessons the mat teaches that carry far beyond the dojo.
- ✓ Real biomechanics — not just patterns and forms
- ✓ Composure under physical and social pressure
- ✓ Discipline that translates to school and sport
- ✓ A peer group built on respect, not status
- ✓ Both stand-up (Karate) and ground (BJJ) capability
